TRADITION

One of our favorite Christmas traditions is making frosted sugar cookie with the Underwoods and Smiths. In the early days this was a quite a scene, very messy and the cookies in the end were more for "looks". This year though I realize how big our kids are getting and how much they look forward to these traditions we have.

Grace, Hannah and I rolled out all the dough and did the cookie cut outs before everyone came over.

Even the Papa gets into it.

PERKS

So about the only perk to having to drive to Stanford once a month is that we have got to see our friends the Sanchez's more often. Mia and Addie are getting sooo big and are the best pseudo cousins! Christmas week I had an appointment and so we all went down and got to have dinner with our friends. Luckily we were the only ones in the pizza place, we kinda took over.

Did a little dry run of the vows!

Mia got to ride in the big girl seat!

Grace and Hannah adore Addie although the feelings are not mutual....they desperately want a baby sibling.....hmmmm interesting

Addie's not really sure about us....

Thanks for dinner Sanchez's, We LOVE you guys!

AND.....We're Back

After an 8 month hiatus the Underwoods are back on the blog. Many things contributed to our long absence recovery from that crazy surgery, work, extra curricular activities and oh yah the fact that I lost my camera. Tami let me borrow her's for the holidays so I get to update the blog. Everyone here is for the most part healthy, growing and happy!

Happy Birthday Landon

Landon Turned 4 this year. He wanted to have his Birthday at Chuckie Cheese. He is a very busy boy so he was pretty excited to run around and play games for the evening.

Gracie holding baby Addie

Tammi made another birthday cake for the the kiddos.

For his birthday Landon got to inside the air blowing tube and try to catch as many tickets as he could. He was pretty excited about it.

Landon dressed up in his birthday royalty.

Landon's Chuckie song from the big cheese himself. This is why we pay the big bucks to go here.

BaSeBaLl Girls

This year was the first year that we signed the girls up for baseball. Scott is coaching Hannah's team in coach pitch (ask him how many kids he's pegged) and Grace is on a t ball team. It is so fun to watch them play, however we are officially worn out! Totally worth it though! Grace and her friend Adrianna are on the same team. Stopping at third I LOVE her stance!! She's pretty serious!

Hannah loves playing, she got her first game hit this week, SO proud of her! Starting em early....we're gonna need scholarships for college!

Stockton Children's Museum

A few weeks ago I got to go with Landon's preschool on a field trip to the Stockton Children's Museum. I was a little nervous driving five THREE and FOUR year olds there by myself, as it turns out my own kid was the most obnoxious!

We love the museum because the kids can touch and climb on everything, we don't have to follow them around telling them NO.

Milking the cow...he's a natural

All the lil munchkins

Landon was by far the craziest! He made crazy noises the entire time while all the kids laughed, I thought it was pretty over the top, he loved it. I am glad I got to go, I was pretty worried about him going without me, he likes to give the teachers a run for their money! That's my kid!
