One of our favorite Christmas traditions is making frosted sugar cookie with the Underwoods and Smiths. In the early days this was a quite a scene, very messy and the cookies in the end were more for "looks". This year though I realize how big our kids are getting and how much they look forward to these traditions we have. Grace, Hannah and I rolled out all the dough and did the cookie cut outs before everyone came over. Even the Papa gets into it.
So about the only perk to having to drive to Stanford once a month is that we have got to see our friends the Sanchez's more often. Mia and Addie are getting sooo big and are the best pseudo cousins! Christmas week I had an appointment and so we all went down and got to have dinner with our friends. Luckily we were the only ones in the pizza place, we kinda took over.
Did a little dry run of the vows!
Mia got to ride in the big girl seat!
Grace and Hannah adore Addie although the feelings are not mutual....they desperately want a baby sibling.....hmmmm interesting
After an 8 month hiatus the Underwoodsare back on the blog. Many things contributed to our long absence recovery from that crazy surgery, work, extra curricular activities and oh yah the fact that I lost my camera. Tami let me borrow her's for the holidays so I get to update the blog. Everyone here is for the most part healthy, growing and happy!
Hannah is our energetic and lively 7 year old. Remember this face and name, she may make it as a singer. She already has a stage name, Elizabeth Brooks
Grace
Grace is 5 and is the best snuggler ever. She has the funniest sense of humor and keeps us laughing, even when she is in trouble.
Landon
Landon is 3 and is ALL boy. He is so busy, he loves to play pirates, run everywhere and still loves to snuggle!
