Eternal Families

Saturday was Valentines Day and we got to spend it at the temple. It was a pretty crazy week/month/year and we had our fair share of challenges getting there. On Thursday Scott played basketball and got injured pretty bad. He did something to his knee and hasn't walked since. He was pretty set on going to the Temple because he was finally getting sealed to his parents. He is a great example of faith and he finally got to be sealed to them. It was a very spiritual and emotional day. It was amazing that as soon as we got inside the Temple the pain in his knee instantly lifted. We are blessed in our family to have such a great example of faith. What a great husband I have!

We were so glad to have our good friends the Garietys go with us. They are hysterical and there is never a dull moment with them around. It was pretty cool on Friday they came over to help out since we were having the Missionaries over for dinner and down a husband. Mike pretty much cooked the meal and cleaned our kitchen too. He was awarded the "Great job plate" for dinner for being so helpful. He even put Landon down for bed and played Candy Land with Grace while Amber and I took Hannah and Jessica to Girl Scouts. What awesome friends!
